At the end of the village of Jois, a futuristic-looking building attracts everyone's attention. Visionary Leo Hillinger moved 24,000 m³ of earth to create a large part of the company building deep into the slope, in the style of the former earth cellars. Direct contact with the earth naturally regulates the temperature and humidity in the production and storage rooms. Conversely, the presentation, seminar and tasting rooms float almost freely above the ground.
Furniture made from natural wood and a large panoramic window, which reveals the wonderful view of the vineyards and the lake, allow guests to experience nature up close. The tasting lounge and the barrique area are equipped with the latest multimedia technology, which can be conveniently operated from anywhere in the building.
An event at the Leo HILLINGER winery is de facto a feast for the senses.
