Master Baker Waldherr’s focus is on variety, organic and more

After completing his master craftman’s diploma in 1994, Clemens Waldherr took over his parents’ business in the Kleinhöflein district of Eisenstadt and switched everything to whole grain and organic, becoming the first bakery in Austria to offer a full organic range.

Waldherr is still a pioneer today and is constantly enriching the range with ancient and alternative grains, such as spelt, rye NOAH’S KORN and amaranth. The organic grain is even freshly ground each day in the on-site mill. It’s therefore no surprise that there’s no place for chemical additives and ready-mixes at this bakery.

A special taste experience is guaranteed, as well as fair trade for ingredients that are not available in the region, such as cocoa or coffee. The team at the whole-grain organic bakery take the time needed for the gentle artisanal processes and produce the best quality. Always worth a trip! Especially for people with allergies, food intolerances or alternative nutritional lifestyles, because there’s a precious grain for everyone in the diverse Waldherr range.
