Original variety and fantastic pastries

The Germ-Guglhupf cake is the specialty at Herbert Gansfuss’s bakery. It is based on his grandmother’s recipe and is still produced with high-quality ingredients.

There’s also a wide range of baked goods, of course, but that’s not all the family business has to offer. Robert Gansfuss runs the associated café and pâtisserie, where ice cream and chocolate are made in addition to the cakes and pastries.

However, the Gansfuss pâtisserie is well known for its elaborately designed cakes, which are created for every occasion in a variety of flavors, such as apple wine cream or Uhudler yoghurt. And on the subject of Uhudler: Gansfuss uses this rare regional wine to create indescribably good “Uhula chocolate” and makes his own “Uhula jam”.
