Our heart goes out to Uhudler, that unique fox tone that, once you learn to love it, enchants. This direct vine, which has even survived phylloxera, radiates power and potency and surprises with its versatile liveliness.
It is with this vitality that we run our houses and create our Uhudl specialties in viticulture and poaching. We play on our "Uhudler piano" and are delighted when the authentic taste of these unique grapes delights our guests.
It is also not by chance that we have designed our Uhudler rooms for this purpose. Here we offer restful peace and coziness, as well as the ideal starting point to go on the trail of the Uhudler. The small idyllic Uhudlerviertel on the Hochkogel of Eltendorf is the ideal place for gourmets of all kinds and offers a variety of possibilities. Explore the vineyards, the Uhudler winegrowers and the gastronomy such as inns, Buschenschenken, ... which will delight you with regional delicacies.
The village Buschenschank is the winter home of our Buschenschank, therefore only open from about the beginning of November to mid-April. Outside these opening hours, our Buschenschank "Hoch-Zeitschenke" is open in the Uhudlerviertel on the Hochkogel.
