In the heart of the Freistadt Rust lies our family business, which is run with a focus on quality under the motto "Small, Fine, Wine ...".
The unique climate on the western shore of Lake Neusiedl in combination with the warm, sandy loam soils allows our farm to produce above-average quality wines year after year. About half of the vineyard area is planted with red wine. The varieties BF and CS are cultivated. The wines are matured exclusively in wooden barrels, although small, new barrels are also used. The white wines are WR, WB, GM, NB and Riesling. The main focus is also on the production of predicate wines, the crowning glory of which is the famous "Ruster Ausbruch".
Wine tasting and expert advice are a given for our family and take place in the cosy tasting room or in the romantic courtyard. Guided tours of the vineyard and cellar are also available on request.
