Our goal is to implement culinary ideas in the highest quality without compromise. Influenced by impressions and experiences, which we were allowed to collect on culinary journeys, always on the search for something special, we created our own kitchen style. Regional, pure dishes, light, finesse-rich and always with that certain "something".
Pleasure from tradition
Tradition that obliges. That's how Katharina and Joachim see it. Therefore, it is obvious for them, on the one hand, to reflect their origin very strongly in the regionality of the products, but also to continue the typical Heurigen thought. Thus, traditional classics are reinterpreted and presented as well as contemporary creations. The menu includes traditional Heurigen dishes such as Bratlfettnbrot, Kümmelbraten, homemade tarte flambée, as well as light salads and, on special occasions, home-smoked fish - combined with specially created and tasted chutneys, home-grown sprouts and - how could it be otherwise - the organic wines, schnapps and grape juices of the own winery.
