Brewery Kobersdorf is a small family business in middle Burgenland. The concern is sustainable management of all resources. The products are handcrafted according to traditional methods. The entire brewery is certified organic.

Whisk(e)y and beer - how does that go together?
The team of Kobersdorfer Bier did not go among the distillers, however, they like to cooperate with the local producers! Thus, the team produces whisk(e)y mashes for customers according to the classic model. In the Scottish distilleries, the first production steps are technically basically no different than in a brewery. Whether from conventional malt or special malts - all wishes are fulfilled! You determine the type - Scotch, Irish, Rye, ... - and the Kobersdorfer Brauerei team takes care of the steps up to distillation.
