It is particularly important to us to enable all people to enjoy wine. We offer rays of hope in the incompatibility sky. Weingut Weiss is not only a certified organic winery, but also produces vegan, low sorbitol and fructose wines as well as hysteriefree wines. (hysteriefree is a protected trademark and stands for wines with a residual histamine value of less than 0.1mg/l)
