Heurigen season at the organic Esterhazy estate
The organic estate Esterhazy at the Seehof in Donnerskirchen is again this summer a cozy, culinary meeting place: From June 5th, the pop-up Heurigen in the shady courtyard of the Seehof invites you to relax, linger and enjoy daily from 11 am throughout the summer. The menu includes delicacies such as high-quality game and organic Angus beef-specialties from the farm's own refinement, but also vegetarian delicacies, such as the organic spread variations or the homemade organic Feuerfleck. The vegan chickpea stew made from organic chickpeas grown on the farm complete the variety of offerings. Typical Heurigen classics such as the Brettljausn - reinterpreted with high-quality PANNATURA products such as the fine raw wild ham - as well as juicy dishes from the grill are also waiting. For dessert, coffee and cake are provided, as well as fine ice cream from Eis Greissler from Krumbach in Buckligen Welt. However, the organic Esterhazy estate not only has a lot to offer in terms of culinary delights: While parents relax while visiting the Heurigen, the little ones can keep themselves busy in many ways on the grounds all around - for example, on the pedal tractor course or while marveling at the organic Angus cattle, the princely wandering chickens or the versatile nature conservation projects on the farm.
