The Blaufränkischblick is a viewing platform, from which one can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the Horitschon vineyards.
The viewing platform is located on the Blaufränkischweg, which runs for 2.2 km through the vineyards and features 13 large as well as numerous smaller informational signs about wine, providing insights into the vegetation and working cycle of a vineyard year, as well as information on the history, geography, climate, and the significance of the Blaufränkisch variety for Horitschon. Special attention is also given to the vineyards, historical features, and of course, the people behind the wine – the local winemakers.
