All sorts of interesting things about Austria's only steppe national park!
What are the tasks of a national park? How are these implemented on-site? And which animals and plants can I encounter here? Participants of this tour will gain insights into the multifaceted world of a national park. And don’t worry: in addition to all the information, there will also be plenty of opportunities to experience the colorful wildlife and plant life.

Equipment: Own bicycle, sturdy footwear, weather-appropriate clothing (sun, rain, and wind protection), water bottle.
The tour takes place in any weather. The national park reserves the right to flexibly design the content of the tour and adapt it to the respective weather conditions.
Meeting point: National Park Center Illmitz
From here, you will ride your bicycle into the part of the national park. A personal bicycle is mandatory but can be rented from local bike rentals for a small fee.
