and much more
How does a colorful group of young people become an orchestra? How do you fit into existing structures while making music? The Angelika Prokopp Summer Academy of the Vienna Philharmonic assists in this fascinating process and promotes the training of the orchestral Nachwuchs. Under the direction of Hungarian conductor Martin Rajna, born in 1995 and the future chief conductor of the Luxembourg Philharmonic Orchestra beginning in 2025, the stars of tomorrow demonstrate their talents in Ludwig van Beethoven's exuberantly humorous Symphony No. 4: In it, Beethoven pays a winking tribute to his former teacher Joseph Haydn as a mature composer.
