The Danube Pirates are coming to Podersdorf am See
Participatory concert for everyone from 4 to 104
Sing, dance, and dream: On Sunday, September 20, the Danube Pirates will play at PODI’s Platzerl at PODOBEACH. And at this concert, the audience is part of the band.
The Danube Pirates play fine pop songs and invite children and their adults to sing, dance, and dream along. Josephine sings, drums, and reads aloud, while Donny Jepp plays on his Danube stream guitar. Songs like “Without Effort, an Ice Cream!” or “Summer is Starting!” invite everyone to sing along – and that’s exactly what the Danube Pirates are about: experiencing music together.
The Danube Pirates are the band from the artistic book series ASAGAN. It blends fantasy and reality: Historical figures visit real places in Austria, stories bridge the gap between past and present, and new ideas are constantly emerging from this.
For ten years, the world of ASAGAN has existed. The Danube Pirates celebrate this anniversary with their audience – on September 20, also with us in Podersdorf am See.
