Holidays with Franz Liszt: Summer Offer with Fixed Tours at the Liszt Museum Raiding
During the summer holidays of 2026, the Liszt Museum Raiding invites families and adults to regular guided tours every Wednesday. Children and their accompanying persons, as well as culture-interested guests, can get to know the life and work of the famous composer and piano virtuoso in a diverse way. Every Wednesday at 10:00 a.m., the family tour "Franz Liszt, the Superstar!" is on the program.
Together, young visitors embark on an exciting journey into the life story of the exceptional artist. They will learn why the native of Raiding was celebrated as a superstar across Europe as early as the 19th century and how his virtuosic piano playing sparked true enthusiasm. What does it actually feel like to be a celebrated star? The exhibition vividly shows how the musician lived, what stages shaped him, and why his works still touch people today. Children can become active themselves, make music, conduct, and playfully dive into the sound world of the famous virtuoso. Whether listening, crafting, trying out, or participating – the diverse offerings combine interesting information with entertainment, making culture accessible for the whole family.
