Opening concert "LA FAMME" - Piano trios by female composers - Ensemble Trisonante
Female musicians – especially composers – had to overcome enormous social obstacles until the 20th century. Due to the societal roles assigned to them, women were often denied a musical career. However, some pioneering women managed to question rigid viewpoints, compose impressive works, and bring about significant changes in music history. With piano trios by Fanny Hensel-Mendelssohn, Clara Schumann, and Mel Bonis, the concert evening at Schloss Halbturn pays tribute to these remarkable women and places them at the center of attention.
The Ensemble Trisonante was founded in 2015 and has since developed into a sought-after and regularly performing piano trio. With Christina Leeb-Grill, Luis Morais, and Cecila Sipos, three very different, distinct artistic personalities have come together to form a harmonious sound body. No listener can escape the captivating energy, authentic presentation, and honest emotional insights of the ensemble.
