Eisenstadt will become the center of international athletics again in 2026: The 7th Raiffeisen Austrian Open (RAOE) on July 1 marks one of the most significant sports events in Austria. The Raiffeisen Austrian Open has established itself as Austria's best-attended Olympic summer sports event – a claim that will be fulfilled again in 2026. In addition to international top stars, the entire Austrian athletics elite will be participating – from Athletes of the Year to medalists and the best emerging talents. Special events will create additional highlights, such as a world record attempt in women's race walking, the "Sprint Champion Austria," a youth middle-distance competition, and a masters race for women over 200 meters.
