With MONDAYS OF EXCELLENCE, the Pfneisl winery creates a limited Wine & Dine format for everyone who does not want to postpone quality to the weekend. In a quiet, personal atmosphere, great wines meet outstanding cuisine.
On Monday, February 23, 2026, the stylish event space of the winery will transform for one evening into an exclusive gourmet restaurant. Chef Daan De Val from the 3-Hat Restaurant DEVAL will prepare a five-course menu, complemented by cover and a greeting from the kitchen.
The evening will be accompanied by a wine journey featuring ten selected wines from the current range and the winery's rarities cellar – served with a view of contrasts, stylistics, and maturity.
