During the "Long Night of Museums", many cultural institutions open their doors and offer a diverse program. Enjoy exhibitions, special exhibitions, guided tours, and other special programs from 6:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
The tourism office offers two city tours on this evening that could not be more different.
- Castle Park. A princely experience for all (at 6:00 p.m.)
The Eisenstadt Castle Park is one of the most beautiful landscape gardens in Europe. The green jewel of the city allows visitors to experience a fascinating history that began with Count Nikolaus in 1624. During the tour of the picturesque park, visitors will learn why the Leopoldinentempel has exactly 20 columns, which exotic fruits were harvested centuries ago in the greenhouses of the orangery, what the favorite sport of the last prince Paul V. Esterházy was, and where the Eisenstadt steam engine can now be found.

- Walk and Talk through Eisenstadt (at 7:30 p.m.)
The guided city walk leads to the most important landmarks of the old town and invites participants to discover the state capital, its stories, and history. This way, city history can be experienced excitingly!
