Windy Days x Freestyle Pro Tour
From June 3rd to 7th, the international elite of freestyle windsurfing returns to Lake Neusiedl as part of the Windy Days – specifically to Podersdorf am See, one of the most famous and wind-reliable spots in Europe.
The Freestyle Pro Tour stops at Lake Neusiedl during the Windy Days, bringing spectacular top-level sport right to the shore. The best female and male riders in the world will showcase breathtaking tricks, rotations, and jumps – often just a few meters away from the audience. Podersdorf is particularly known for its consistent wind conditions and shallow water areas, providing ideal conditions for freestyle maneuvers.
In addition to the competitions, a vibrant festival atmosphere develops during the Windy Days: visitors can not only watch the contests but also get involved themselves – for example, through material testing opportunities, workshops, or beginner courses. The program is complemented by music, gastronomy, and side events right along the promenade.
