Various metals such as copper, zinc, aluminum, or materials with smooth surfaces like acrylic glass or Tetra Pak can be used as the printing plate. After fully inking, the surface is cleaned, and the ink remains in the indentations. During the printing process, the moist handmade paper extracts the ink from the indentations under high pressure, creating a slight relief. The raised, colored areas are characteristic of this technique. This workshop provides basic knowledge and allows experimentation with small sample pieces.
