In 1922, a triangular-pyramidal memorial stone was erected on the hilltop and was a symbol of the three Habsburg successor states at the time.
In Slovenia it is also registered as a cultural monument. After the fall of the Iron Curtain and EU accessions of Hungary and Slovenia, the place developed into a joint memorial of international understanding.
