We are an organic farm with vineyards, beautiful holiday homes made of clay in the traditional Kellerstöckl style, and a dreamy wedding location in the sun-drenched east of Austria. In our kitchen, we adhere to the principle: less is more, as we value the appreciation of the supposedly "simple things." Just like the taste of a potato.
The nature provides us with everything we need. Herbs and grapes grow from the soil, the sheep graze on the land, and the clay for building also comes from the ground. A harmonious and respectful life with nature is quite natural for us.
We source our ingredients exclusively from organic producers in the region. Our specialties from Jura and Krainer stone sheep are served fresh from the grill.
