The bathing pond Rohrbach near Mattersburg is an idyllic natural bath that opened in 1997 and was completely renovated in 2022. With a total water surface area of 2,250 m², half of which is reserved for native swamp and aquatic plants for natural water purification, the pond offers a chlorine-free bathing experience with pure drinking water.
Surrounded by dense bushes and tall trees, families can enjoy relaxed summer days here. A designated area for small children, separated from the facility by a wooden walkway, guarantees safe splashing for all age groups. For sporting activities, there are two beach volleyball courts, table tennis, a playground, and a funcourt available. Immediately adjacent are six tennis courts and the Kogelrad hiking trail B30. The canteen offers refreshments and snacks for in between.
