Baroque Jewel Halbturn Palace

Schloss Halbturn, the most important baroque building in Burgenland, once served the imperial family as a hunting and summer residence. The castle in northern Burgenland with its magnificent castle park is considered one of the most valuable historical sights in the country.
The attractive cultural programme with its numerous events, the premium winery Schloss Halbturn and the wine store as well as the castle hotel and restaurant Knappenstöckl attract thousands of visitors every year. In December, the famous Pannonian Christmas market in the historic ambience of the castle enchants its visitors.

The park can be visited all year round & is worth a walk at any time of year!
