The herb show garden and the small farm-owned manufactory are space to work, observe, enjoy, marvel and experiment. A special emphasis is placed here on the respectful treatment of the earth, the cultivation of the soil and the rooting - definitely also to be understood as multi-layered! It is cultivated exclusively by hand, which allows a special closeness to the plants and direct contact with nature.
A lot of expert knowledge fills the books - a lot of participation trains the senses! Discovering new things together, trying something out, creating scents, training the taste buds, having fun, working together, having a sense of achievement, learning to laugh about failures ... These are all things that make the workshops and seminars on the subject of "herbs" an experience and stimulate the sense of natural again.
The quality of the precious organic products comes from a lovingly cultivated soil in the mild southern Burgenland climate and innovative processing in the herb manufactory, simply called "workshop" by the family. Experimentation and product development are almost as important here as the ongoing production of proven delicious recipes.
