In the restaurant Zum Gogosch, Pannonian-inspired traditional cuisine in a modern-renovated old cattle barn promises special culinary moments.
Authentically rooted, globally inspired – on the plate, the circle closes between careful organic farming, sustainable hunting, and high-quality production. In the open show kitchen, estate-grown organic Angus beef and local game from our own hunt are processed directly from the meat manufactory on-site. Vegetarians and vegans are also well catered for, with exciting interpretations of organic chickpeas grown on the estate, among other dishes.
Here, there is a unique opportunity to take an extensive walk after the meal and explore the Bio Estate in all its facets. The shady courtyard with mature trees invites you to linger and return. A children's playground and an observation tower complement the extensive offerings of the experience destination Bio Estate Esterhazy.
Market Hall Kulinarium Burgenland
In the farm shop at Bio Estate Esterhazy, food lovers can expect a diverse selection from regional producers. The range is complemented by PANNATURA products from our own organic farming and hunting. Fresh organic Angus beef, local game meat, and game specialties from sustainable hunting come directly from the on-site meat manufactory. Here, production is still handcrafted.
Fresh organic eggs from our noble pastured hens, oils, chickpeas, flour, spices, pickled goods, pastries, as well as wines from the Esterhazy winery and other local winemakers round off the large selection. Open daily!
Farm Tours - Enjoyable & Eventful
During the farm tour, you will learn more about Bio Estate Esterhazy and the diversity of Esterhazy agriculture.
In individual tours by prior appointment, products from organic farming and game specialties from the own hunt can be tasted.
The BIO-ESTATE fixed tours take place on the following dates:

Monday – Sunday | daily fixed tours at 2 PM

Monday – Friday | fixed tour at 2 PM

Monday – Sunday | daily fixed tour at 2:00 PM
20% discount on the guided tour (2:00 p.m.) around the farm at the organic estate with the Burgenland Card.

Exceptions:
There will be no tours on December 24 and 25, 2025.
From January 26 to February 15, 2026, tours will only take place Monday through Friday.
