Biodynamic Estate Esterhazy: Restaurant Zum Gogosch

At the Restaurant Zum Gogosch, Pannonian-influenced traditional cuisine in the modern renovated old cattle barn promises exceptional culinary moments.
Authentically rooted, globally inspired – on the plate, the circle of careful organic farming, sustainable hunting, and high-quality production comes together. In the open show kitchen, farm-raised organic Angus beef and local game from our own hunting are processed directly from the on-site meat manufactory. However, vegetarians and vegans are not neglected, as, among other things, organic chickpeas from our own cultivation are excitingly interpreted.
Here, there is a unique opportunity to take an extensive walk after the meal and explore the biodynamic estate in all its facets. The shady inner courtyard with old trees invites you to linger longer and return. A children's playground and an observation tower complement the extensive offerings of the experience destination Biodynamic Estate Esterhazy.
Market Hall Kulinarium Burgenland
In the farm shop at the Biodynamic Estate Esterhazy, gourmets can expect a diverse selection from regional producers. The range is supplemented by PANNATURA products from our own organic farming and hunting. Fresh organic Angus beef, local game meat, and game specialties from sustainable hunting come directly from the on-site meat manufactory. Here, production is still done by hand.
Fresh organic eggs from our royal-roaming chickens, oils, chickpeas, flour, spices, pickled goods, pâtés, as well as wines from the Esterhazy winery and other regional winemakers round out the wide selection. Open daily!
Farm Tours - Enjoyable & Experiential
During the farm tour, you will learn more about the Biodynamic Estate Esterhazy and the diversity of Esterhazy’s agriculture.
In the individual tour by appointment, products from organic farming and game specialties from our own hunting can additionally be sampled.
The BIO-ESTATE fixed tours take place on the following dates:

Guided excursion "Adventure Forest" with a forest educator. Conveying the ecological significance of the forest as well as its central functions.

Free participation in the events "In the Footsteps of the Reed Cutters" and "A Mosaic of Habitats" as part of the "Nature Experience Days 2026" with the Burgenland Card for free.
"In the Footsteps of the Reed Cutters" - Guided excursion through one of the largest reed areas in Europe, providing insight into nature, biodiversity, and cultural use.
"A Mosaic of Habitats" - Guided tour at Kogel St. Margareth through a diverse nature and cultural landscape featuring rare dry habitats, grazing, and a view into the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Participation in the event is only possible with an online booking in advance!
20% discount on the guided tour (2:00 p.m.) around the farm at the organic estate with the Burgenland Card.

Exceptions:
There will be no tours on December 24 and 25, 2025.
From January 26 to February 15, 2026, tours will only take place Monday through Friday.
