The traditional family business Weingut REIGER has been run for four generations and is located in southern Burgenland, Austria.
On 7 hectares of vineyard, our excellent red wines are pressed in Eisenberg. The main variety of the establishment is Blaufränkisch.
However, varieties such as Blauer Burgunder, Blauer Zweigelt, Merlot, and Cab. Sauvignon are also crafted by us for connoisseurs. We have everything a wine lover seeks, fruity white wine, classic red wine, red wine with wood aging, and even a perfected cuvée in the barrique. The excellent location of Eisenberg allows us to compete with the most renowned wines from around the world. This is also reflected in our cuvée "Schoaga" 2002. This wine reached an excellent 4th place overall (silver medal) at the international cuvée tasting in Ostrava in 2005.
