From the soybean to a variety of flavors – Everything from a single source
We – Ulla Wittmann and Ludwig Birschitzky - process soybeans from our own organic cultivation into handmade tofu for the discerning palate. In our farm shop, you will also find the following organic soybean specialties: tempeh, soy patties, tofu spread, vegan ready-made meals in a jar, and roasted soybeans. Rice, pickled vegetables, cold-pressed oils, and fermented garlic complete our product range.
All MANUFABA products are handmade, vegan, gluten-free, and free from artificial flavor enhancers and preservatives. Our organic foods meet all the criteria that we consider important in times of climate crisis and the necessary energy transition: Plant-based foods that grow on healthy, pesticide-free soil and provide the local population with high-quality proteins through short supply chains.
