The Bullinarium is a restaurant that focuses on beef from regional sources. The kitchen places value on quality, traceable origins, and artisanal preparation. Many of the offered products can also be purchased and taken home from the shop. For the restaurant, reservations are requested.
Regional cattle farming, proper processing, and the transparent representation of the entire value chain – from agriculture to the finished product – form the content foundation of the concept.
As an interface between gastronomy, agriculture, and processing, the Bullinarium connects culinary offerings with regional value creation and contributes to strengthening regional cattle farming.
