The products processed in the kitchen are regional seasonal products from sustainable production. The Pannonian climate gives fruits, vegetables, and herbs unique flavor notes; fish comes from Lake Neusiedl and sustainably managed pond facilities; wine is from the family winery Peter Schandl. The culinary offer includes, among other things, daily homemade spreads, products from regional producers, marinated seasonal vegetables, as well as classics of Viennese and Pannonian cuisine.
