The campsite is located in the sunniest region of Austria – a fact that gave it its name: Campingplatz Sonnenland. Situated in the far east of the country, near the town of Lutzmannsburg in Burgenland, the site offers ideal conditions for a relaxing stay. The surrounding landscape is unusually flat for Austrian standards and invites varied hikes and cycling tours.
The region is also known for its wine production – numerous winegrowers and cozy wine taverns invite you to taste the excellent wines of Burgenland. The campsite is especially family-friendly and is excellent for guests with dogs as well as families with small children.
Children can look forward to a large playground and exciting leisure activities such as trampoline jumping and mini-golf. The pool area provides a welcome cooling off and fun for both children and adults.
