Organic natural wines from Eberau
Since 2018, I have been allowed to cultivate this vineyard in the Pinkatal. The standards set by my great-great-great-great-great-grandfather about 170 years ago still apply to me: No use of plant protection for direct producers.
Since 2020, the vineyard has been expanded with a new variety "Muscaris." This grape can be cultivated with minimal use of organic plant protection.
