The Gols Brewery is strikingly located in the midst of a wine region near Lake Neusiedl. The resulting strong connection to culinary and regional aspects led the brewery to rely on local raw materials and high quality from the very beginning. The independent private and family brewery, with Markus Sautner as brewmaster, diploma beer sommelier, and Candidate of the Institute of Masters of Beer, offers traditional beers brewed according to the Reinheitsgebot as well as continuously new creations, craft beers, beers inspired by international styles, and special varieties.
