For the Jennersdorf district, the opening at the Bücsek guesthouse is a premiere. It is indeed the first farm shop in history. Co-organizer Judith Anger explained how the idea came about: “It's Landtag President Verena Dunst's fault,” she chuckles.
Anger continued: “She said back when she was a guest at my farm festival that it was such a shame that there were no Southern Burgenland products in Vienna. That was the occasion for the idea.” In addition to Henndorf, there is now also a branch in Vienna, where the regional products are also sold.
