Starting with fresh meat sales of Angus cattle, the range has developed further. Over time, homemade sausages, various types of meatloaf, spreads, and jams have been added to the assortment. Even outside of regular opening hours, platters, filled pretzels, gift baskets, sandwiches, and buffets are offered.
In the Herbst farm shop, regional products from various producers are also sold, such as honey, Uhudler, liqueur specialties, frizzante, wine, various schnapps, chocolate, and genuine Styrian pumpkin seed oil.
