The Kobersdorf Brewery is a small family business in Central Burgenland. The aim is a sustainable management of all resources. The products are crafted using traditional methods. The entire brewery is organic-certified.

Whisk(e)y and beer – how does that fit together?
The team at the Kobersdorf Brewery has not become distillers, but they are happy to cooperate with local producers! The team creates Whisk(e)y mashes for customers based on traditional models. In Scottish distilleries, the first production steps are technically fundamentally similar to those in a brewery. Whether from conventional malt or specialty malts - all wishes are fulfilled! You determine the type – Scotch, Irish, Rye, ... – and the team at Kobersdorf Brewery takes care of the steps up to distillation.
