In the fully certified organic brewery Kobersdorf, eight types of beer are brewed artisanally year-round: Märzen, Kellerbier, Pils, spelt beer, Spezial Hell, Spezial Dunkel, honey beer, and Weißbier. All beers stand for 100% organic quality, regionality, and true brewing craftsmanship from Burgenland.
In addition to the year-round classics, seasonal and occasion-related specialties are also created, such as the Festbock for Easter and Christmas or individually brewed beers according to customer wishes. This includes the Schwarzenbacher Celtic beer, which is brewed annually for the Celtic festival.
The family-run brewery places great importance on flexibility, personal contact, and tailored solutions. The offerings include draft beer for private celebrations in various packaging sizes, home delivery, brewery tours with tastings, service for gastronomy and trading partners, contract filling, and the production of whisky mash. Specially designed labels – for example, for the Kobersdorf Castle Games – are also part of the service portfolio.
