The Sonnensee Ritzing is a natural jewel and is one of the cleanest lakes in Burgenland. With a water temperature of 24°C, the lake offers a pleasant but not too refreshing cooling on hot days. The water quality of the Sonnensee is raised with Grander technology and the self-purification of the water is done in a natural, biological way.
Water slides, diving area, swimming island, a huge sandy beach with shading for the little ones, sun terraces, beach chairs, day cabins, solar showers, sunshade and sunbed rental, massage room, beach volleyball court, children's playground, tennis courts and much more leave nothing to be desired by bathing guests. In the restaurant bar area with a large terrace, visitors can choose from a wide range of food and drinks.
A paved and lighted path leads around the lake. A demarcated non-swimmer area provides safety. The entire facility is handicapped accessible.
