The thatched old clay storage building, located at 8383 Eisenberg an der Raab in Mitterberg 14, is a listed monument from the 18th century that once served as a storage facility for agriculture.
The clay storage building is accessible via the hiking trail "Hexenweg." For many years, the clay storage building, which is situated on the property of the Lex family, was also maintained by them. The market municipality of St. Martin has been carrying out renovation work on the clay walls and the thatched roof for years and is striving to purchase this natural monument.
