Climate-friendly mobility with the Mattersburg E-buses
The modern, electrically operated low-floor buses from Blaguss Reisen have a capacity of up to 26 people, of which 13 seats are available.
With a battery capacity providing a range of up to 150 km, a fast charging function with about one hour of charging time, and solar panels on the roof, the buses are also technically up to date.
The Mattersburg bus is a flagship model for climate-friendly mobility!

The routes of the Mattersburg buses
Buses on lines 1 and 2 operate from Monday to Friday between 6:30 AM and 7:30 PM and on Saturday from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM, running every hour.
To keep travel times as short as possible, please pay attention to whether the bus first travels east or west. You can find this information on the display at the bus.
If you do happen to catch the "wrong" bus, that's no problem – you will take a longer round through our beautiful city and perhaps discover places you wouldn't normally see…

TICKETS AND FARES
MABU Annual Tickets: You can purchase annual tickets at the citizen service office in the town hall. Please bring a current passport photo! Each ticket is personalized and is valid for 12 months. Annual tickets are issued from December 1 to January 31.
Transport of Animals: Small pets can be taken along in suitable transport containers as hand luggage, larger dogs only with a muzzle and leash. Guide dogs in the performance of their duties are excluded from this rule.
Discount: Children 6 – 15 years, pensioners, basic military service personnel, and persons with a disability card

• Single ticket: € 1.00 (available on the bus valid for 90 minutes from issuance)
• Day ticket: € 2.00 (available on the bus)
• Monthly ticket: € 10.00 adults | € 5.00 discount (available on the bus)
• Children up to 6 years ride for free
• Youth with (Top-)Youth ticket ride for free
• Annual ticket: € 100.00 | € 50.00 discount (available at citizen service in the town hall)
