Summer Bike Neusiedler See
With "Summer Bike Neusiedler See," nextbike returns to Lake Neusiedl from the end of April to the end of September.
Stations in Rust:
Stadthafen Rust
Bathing Beach Rust
Here's how it works
Register for EVENTbike Austria or use your existing nextbike account. The bicycles can be borrowed and returned at stations around the lake in Neusiedl, Illmitz, Podersdorf, and Mörbisch. Additionally, there are stations at the train stations in Neusiedl.
REGISTRATION
The registration is free; however, to verify your payment method, you must deposit a ride credit of €1, which you can use later.
LOAN
Scan the QR code on the bike with the nextbike app, and the frame lock will open automatically.
PAUSE
Want to pause your ride without ending the loan? Simply pause your ride in the app and lock the bike. The loan continues during the pause and is billed the same way.
RETURN
Park the bike at an official event station and press the small lever on the frame lock down. A service fee of €20 will be charged for returns outside of the stations.
