How it works
Register for the EVENTbike Austria or use your existing nextbike account. The bikes can be rented and returned at stations around the lake in Neusiedl, Illmitz, Podersdorf, and Mörbisch. Additionally, there are stations at the train stations in Neusiedl.
REGISTRATION
The registration is free; to verify your payment method, you must deposit a ride credit of €1, which you can use later.
RENTAL
Scan the QR code on the bike with the nextbike app, and the frame lock will open automatically.
PAUSE
Want to pause your ride without ending the rental? Simply pause your ride in the app and lock the bike. The rental continues while paused and is calculated identically.
RETURN
Park the bike at an official event station and press the small lever on the frame lock down. For returns outside the stations, we charge a service fee of €20.
