Because when you look around the estate, a magnificent fruit tree after another graces the landscape. These fruit trees are the ones that provide the raw materials for the fine distillates. The self-assigned mission, namely "to bring the region into the glass", is achieved remarkably well with the tremendous dedication of all family members, as confirmed by the success of the noble spirits.
