Martina and Rudi from 'Qu-Bio - Bio Hof Taunus' have been operating an organic farm since 2014. They specialize in highly endangered domestic animal breeds at risk of extinction, such as Mangalica and Turopolje pigs as well as Racka sheep.
The sheep are kept according to species-specific requirements in open fields. They graze on lush green meadows in summer. In winter, they are fed the best hay, produced on their own farm. The pigs can romp around outdoors all year round, dig, and in summer they wallow in the mud to cool off, receiving only the best feed from their own production.
You can expect homemade bacon and sausages, wool products, horns, and trophies.
