The REDUCE Therapy Center is the heart and core of all treatments and therapies during a health resort stay or GVA (Health Prevention Active) program, as well as for private stays at the REDUCE Thermal Hotels: Adults Only REDUCE Hotel Thermal****S & REDUCE Hotel Vital****S. Centrally located and air-conditioned, the therapy center is connected to all hotels and can be reached within a few minutes' walk. Everything here revolves around healing, prevention, and well-being. Your health takes center stage – supported by an experienced, interdisciplinary team of doctors, psychologists, physical and sports therapists, and dieticians.

Outpatient and Inpatient Health Retreats
The health retreat or the GVA program (Health Prevention Active) represents true holistic medicine. It regenerates body and mind. As the only spa resort in Austria, the REDUCE Health Resort boasts three natural remedies: peat, carbonic acid, and thermal water. These healing resources are complemented by a wide range of additional therapies. During the initial medical examination, it is determined how much the body should be protected or challenged. Based on this assessment, treatments and therapies are individually tailored. You also have the option of outpatient therapy, allowing you to stay at home while participating in doctor-prescribed treatments at the therapy center – flexible, personalized, and effective.

The combination of three natural healing agents – peat, carbonated healing water, and thermal water – is unique in Austria and has made REDUCE well-known beyond its borders. For good reason: these powerful natural elements, combined with medical expertise, form a holistic therapy concept.

Peat packs relieve chronic muscle and joint pain, provide warmth, and have anti-inflammatory effects.

• Baths in carbonated healing water stimulate circulation, improve blood flow, and help regulate blood pressure.

• Thermal water offers deep relaxation and supports regeneration.

Comprehensive Range of Therapies

Therapeutic Use of the Three Natural Remedies: Anti-inflammatory peat packs, blood pressure-regulating carbonic acid baths, and soothing thermal water. Use of thermal water includes underwater therapeutic exercises and a special spinal decompression therapy developed in Bad Tatzmannsdorf, which gently stretches the spine in warm thermal water to relieve stress on the intervertebral discs.
