The Gasthaus Leeb in Schützen am Gebirge can look back on decades of tradition: Founded in 1954 by Mathias Leeb, he handed it over to his son, master butcher Günther, in 1974, who then took care of the culinary well-being of the "G’schiasa" together with his beloved Rosi. In 2006, son Christian took the reins and now brings fresh ideas to the family business with the support of his parents. After all, he has enough ideas and experience, having not only catered to prominent guests at the Hotel zur alten Post in Ischgl or on the luxury liner MS Astor, but also taken care of the culinary needs of his fellow humans at the Munich Oktoberfest and as a military chef in Albania: “Preparing 140 kilograms of pasta in 40 degrees in the shade was quite a challenge.”
Christian, aka “Luv,” proves that his talent is by no means just hot air, both in the family business and as “MeetLuv” - the somewhat different catering in the form of a charming food truck. As part of the Schmankerlwirte Burgenland, Meet Luv focuses on quality and enjoyment with responsibility.
