We at Knappenstöckl love good food!
That's why we focus on the freshness, seasonality, and regionality of our ingredients – and the Seewinkel has a lot to offer: Sun-ripened vegetables, organic beef from the national park, fish from Lake Neusiedl, and game from the castle's own hunt.
All of this is prepared for you by our head chef Nemeth Adam into both traditionally Pannonian and regionally classic delicacies.
We also recommend the top-class wines from the castle winery as well as the best winemakers in the area.
