The Sonnenhof Seldte is a small fruit processing business. At Sonnenhof, the fruit ripens on ancient, natural, and untreated trees and shrubs of old native varieties, in so-called traditional orchards.
Due to their efforts in environmental protection, the business was awarded the Environmental Prize 2022 by the Burgenland state government.
The fine spirits are distilled from sun-ripened and hand-picked fruits. Naturally, this is done without artificial flavors and additives—pure nature that you can taste!
In addition to fine spirits, liqueurs are also handcrafted. Here, mostly fruits, fruit juices, or herbs are infused with a high-proof spirit and refined with sugar and natural aromatic spices. A special specialty is the liqueurs based on in-house Uhudler, such as Uhudler liqueur or mulled wine liqueur.
Several award-winning are the delicious fruit spreads, made from fresh fruits. The syrups made from fresh fruits are also highly sought after. Small gifts maintain friendship, which is why gift ideas for various occasions are also offered.
In addition to direct marketing of the products, Sonnenhof Seldte also offers agricultural services with a modern machinery fleet.
