In the landscape project "Zeitstuhl," Heinz has made time particularly evident. On the one hand, with the sundial that crowns the top of the 2.5-meter-high hill and is precisely oriented towards the south. On the other hand, time is also symbolized by the spiral path and the planting. The shrubs have been selected so that a different one blossoms in each season.
Even in the art prints created as a complement to the landscape project "Zeitstuhl," the character of time can be recognized.
There are exactly 366 prints that show the sleeping face of the sundial—one for each day of the year.
The Zeitstuhl wants to remind us that time is precious. It invites us to take our time. For ourselves, for what is important to us.
The Zeitstuhl is accessible year-round and can be visited at any time!
