Veronika, Johannes, and Florian Mutschlechner have been operating the Weidehof at Windenegg naturally and sustainably since 2001.
With a special focus on protecting nature and animal-friendly husbandry, high-quality products are produced. The geese are regularly examined by a veterinarian and, due to their good health, do not receive any medications. With the generous space available to them, the animals are active all day, gain little fat, and their meat is characterized by exceptional tenderness.
