The business
Our family business covers a vineyard area of approx. 4 hectares. Our wines and their types of aging benefit from the mild Pannonian climate of Lake Neusiedl and the different soil conditions. In our family, quality and cleanliness come first.
Sorts
Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Traminer, Muscat Ottonel, Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon
Viticulture
The white wines are harvested in all quality levels from quality wine to Trockenbeerenauslese and aged in the classic way in wooden barrels or steel tanks. Chardonnay and Traminer are also aged as strong white wines (14% vol.) In barriques for 12 months. The red quality wines are also matured in large barrels or part of them in barriques after the must fermentation. Depending on the vintage, only pure varietals or as a cuvée.
